APPLICATIONS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND HAVE PRIORITY OF PLACEMENT.

1. $35 EACH ADULT (no exceptions) processing fee in certified funds or cash.

2. Copy of each adults drivers license (passports for non-US citizens)

3. Proof of income IE: two (2) most recent paystubs, tax returns.

4. Initialed copy of our "Application Procedures and Policies."

5. Application filled out on EACH ADULT (no exceptions). Only GCAAR applications are accepted (see below).

*PET FEES (Non-refundable): For properties that will accept pet(s) please be advised that a pet fee of $300.00 per pet (depending on species and size) will be assessed and communicated to the applicant prior to the applicant’s required formal acceptance of an offer of tenancy.
